Owner-Manager of Tire Depot ByramRoss Jackson, owner-manager of The Tire Depot in Byram, has more than 30 years of experience in the tire and automotive service business.
His first job “was supposed to be temporary,” he said. “But I was promoted quickly.” He went on to open and operate stores across Alabama and Mississippi.
Jackson's business philosophy heavily emphasizes honesty and good service, which keeps customers coming back. Be careful, though. He also likes to play practical jokes on friends!
Jackson attended the University of Southern Mississippi, Mississippi College, and the University of Montevallo.
Ross and his family are members of a local church. They have lived in the Byram community for the past 19 years.
Owner-Manager of The Tire Depot at the ReservoirJeff Wall, owner-manager of The Tire Depot on Old Fannin Road, has worked at the store since it opened in 2004.
He loves working with people. “We respect our customers and work every day to earn their trust in our services,” Wall said.
The son of a U.S. Air Force veteran, he was born in the Philippines and lived in Taiwan, California, Oregon, Oklahoma, Texas, and Indiana before his parents settled in Biloxi. He graduated from St. Martin’s High School in Ocean Springs and attended Belhaven College.
He and his wife, Cynthia, live in Flowood and are members of Pinelake Church.
A former personal trainer, Wall has an avid interest in fitness, travel, and flying. Since learning to fly, he’s worked with Pilot and Paws, an animal rescue transport group, and with Angel Flight as time permits.
Owner-Manager of Tire Depot at the ReservoirKelly Odom, owner-manager of The Tire Depot on Old Fannin Road, worked in the automotive parts supply business before coming to The Tire Depot Automotive Services.
Since she joined the team, Odom has worked to provide consistent service with the best parts available at the lowest prices possible.
“I love seeing our customers come in and keeping up with their families,” she said. “We try hard to warrant their trust and repeated business.”
A Colorado native, Odom grew up in Pearl and Vicksburg, where she came to love water sports, hunting, and Mississippi summers. She has attended Pearl, Warren Central, and Hinds Community College.
Family life is important to Odom, and she often rushes from the store to after-school activities with her daughter. Her life outside work revolves around family and friends. She is a member of Wynndale Baptist Church in Terry.
